For any dispute between you and Makeosity Inc., you agree to be personally bound exclusively by the State and Federal courts of the State and County of New York. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, you must file any claim or cause of action against Makeosity Inc. within one year from the date that the claim or action arose. If you do not file the claim or action within this period, you will be forever prevented from filing the claim or cause of action.

INCENTIVES

Children who contribute and sell content and products on the site and participate in its
community management will receive revenues (minus Makeosity’s Inc. Fee for service) for sales.

Parents and guardians of underage children must set up a payment system such as Paypal for underage children, in order for them to receive profits from their sales. Alternatively, underage children may receive gift cards or temporary debit cards to make purchases online.

Makeosity Inc. receives a 15-45% fee for every item sold on the site, including “How To PDFs,” Videos, applications and products.

TERMINATION

These Terms of Use remain in effect while you use the Makeosity Inc. website. You may terminate your use of the website at any time. Makeosity Inc. may terminate or suspend your access to the website at any time, for any reason, and without warning, which may result in the destruction of all information associated with your use of the website.
